This is the second in a series of beers exploring the BRUT IPA style. Bilberries added at multiple stages of production, combined with a different hop profile gives this beer a pink colour and aroma and flavour reminiscent of forest and berries. Double dry hopped and fruited and refermented in the bottle.
Ingredients: Water, pilsnermalt, flaked rice and oats, wheat malt, sugar, concentrated bilberry juice, cascade-, Centennial-, Chinook-, Ekuanot- and Simcoe hops, dried bilberries, dried orange peel and ale-yeast.
