Draft: Poured cloudy, slightly pinkish-amber with a thin head. Tart blackberry aroma and flavour. Wheat, salt... Very nice.......sweet/tart/salty combo works really well.

Draught @ CBC2015. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small offwhite head that doesnät leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and slightly fruity with crackers, caramel, lemon juice, yuzu juice, blackberries, yoghurt, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, buttered bread, cereal, lemon juice, blackberries, yoghurt, clotted cream, hay, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Draught@CBC2015 (blue session). Reddish amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden and mildly salty notes to it. Flavour is fruity, some berries, mild salty notes as well as some lactic and ripe fruity notes.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Hazed amber orange with a moderate white head. Nose is tarte fruit, wood, straw, tangy citric rinds, spice, red berry fruit. Taste comprises tangy fruit, funk blanket, light spice, straw, balsa wood, bitter orange, red berry pang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

CBC Blue Session. Keg. Hazy amber beer with no head. Light semi dry palate. Modest dried fruit sourness. Banana esters sweeten things up considerably. Light finish. Slightly odd but tasty.
