Bottle. Thanks to Yanick for picking it up for me. Pours cloudy yellow. Nose/taste of rustic apple, funky earthy acid, white wine and farmhouse/barnyard notes - medium body.

Sampled at Maxβs Rare and Obscure Part 8. Pours a clear, limey gold with zero head. Nose has crisp apples, green apple skins, white grape, mild lemon. Flavor has a nice shock of acid along with apple, mild lemon, just a little residual sweetness. Crisp finish.

Draft at Brookland Pint. Poured a relatively flat, dark yellow color. Aroma was light, freshly juiced apples. Light, champagne notes, light tartness. Very tasty, dry finish to this one.
