The brewing process involves the use of choice English crystal malt, contributing to the beer's malt profile and adding depth to its flavor. However, the true star of the show is the generous addition of American hops. These hops are carefully selected to provide a burst of hoppy aroma and flavor, which is a hallmark of New England IPAs. The choice of hops can impart a variety of fruity, citrusy, and piney notes to the beer.

What sets Paradox IPA apart is not just the choice of ingredients but also the fermentation process. The beer is fermented with an in-house ale strain, which adds a unique character to the final product. This strain of yeast contributes to the beer's overall profile, including its mouthfeel and any subtle yeast-derived flavors.

Overall, Paradox IPA represents a harmonious blend of malt, hops, and yeast, creating a flavorful and aromatic experience for beer enthusiasts.

Can from Steve. Lightly hazy yellow, ring of head, light viscosity and lacing. Aroma is strong lemon citrus. Taste is strong lemon--somewhat industrial, late malt. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, finish as taste with light bitterness. Not sure if the hops are going over as this is a bit malty, but the hops that are there are a bit off.

16 oz can, thank you tfontana for the share. Aroma is bold malt and soft florals. Flavor follows with a touch of citrus. Don’t know the age but… it is pretty malty. Meh. Not a lot of character.
