10th rating of this bad boy. Crystal clear pale yellow color, still. Aroma of very dusty flowers and subtle citrus. Taste is bright, herbal, with a bit of a dusty and earthy edge. Apples up front, sweet start, fruity, then a semi dry finish. Decent.

Big thanks to jcwattsrugger for the North Dakota tick. Pours the color of water. Absolute clear water. Nose/taste of apple, honey and vanilla. Light and muted notes in nose and taste. A bit earthy. Good full mouth and absolutely no alcohol detectable. Almost like a honey apple flavored water. Very drinkable.

Pours with no head or carbonation, clear with a light greenish, golden tint. Aroma of baked apples, green apple and honey. Good cyser taste with a bit of rotten granny apple, honey and a bit of bitterness. Sort of thin for a mead, but thick for a cider. It is odd, you can feel two different consistencies of liquid over your tongue.
