Can shared during RBWG 2016. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. There’s a little creamy wheat on the nose with hints of tangy lemon. Light sweet flavor with mild tart citrus notes, faint plastic, straw, pale grains. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Lightly tart finish, some flaked wheat, hay, lemon. So so.

Bottle shared at RBWG 2016. Huge thanks to JackL for my first north Dakota tick. Hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is dull wheat, sweet orange, little perfume on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of pithy lemon, fanta orange, doughy wheat, light kaffir lime. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation. Drying slightly pithy finish. Pretty good.

Can at hotel lobby fart share @RBWG 2016. Light hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of grain, perfume, lemon, red berries and jenka. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of lemons, perfume, spices and grain. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Decent witbier. North Dakota tick, fuck yeah!

On tap at Rhombus Guys Fargo. Pours a gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of Belgian yeast with clove and a sweet wheat note supporting. Flavor has sweet wheat and Belgian yeast throughout with a bit of citrus and flora.
