Smell is malty with roasted malts, bread, charred wood, dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, toasted nuts and moist soil. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, very tiny sour and malty. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, bitter and very tiny sour with roasted malts, dark bread, vanilla fudge, dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, charcoal and moist soil. So-so…

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, wood notes, sharp notes - quit odd. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
