Mutual Drift is a collaborative brew with Hopsters Cooperative Brewery, a modern, hop-forward lager bursting with aroma. Hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with Manilita, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin from NZ’s Freestyle Farms, it’s fermented with the new SafLager SH-45 yeast to amplify hop character. Expect bright notes of tropical fruit, lime zest, and white grape in a crisp, refreshing finish.

Can. Misted pale gold with a cm+ of white head. Aroma of under-ripe tropical fruit, gooseberries, grass. So it tastes. Increasingly zesty towards the fairly bitter end. Little to no malt presence but the palate doesn't collapse and it's pretty refreshing.
