Peach and must nose. Murky ochre, thin head. Dry peach, clove, twigs, cheries, and apple core. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Plenty of complexity, no cohesiveness, not very enjoyable. Wheat beers are not this brewery’s forte, but they seem to be getting better.

Keg at the brewpub, 11/15/14. Pours a hazy caramel with a large tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of caramel, wheat, spice, clove, mild pepper. The taste is spice, yeast, pepper, caramel malt, herbal notes. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

4 oz draft pour at Churchkey. Poured a murky brown color with a small off-white head. Some ester notes, light peppery character. Nothing over the top - some light bubblegum, peppercorn notes. Tasty,
