A pale blonde pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light chalk, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy Saaz hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Lahaina location.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice wet dough and cracker malt with some grassy hops. Flavor is more wet dough with some mellow bitter hops. I also get some of that sulfur and earthiness that I get in some Euro lagers. This was spot on and well made.
