What you are holding is part 2 in our exploratory series of IPA. The goal of this series is to explore and evaluate how manipulating processes and injecting new ingredients into our repertoire affects our unique base IPA. The purpose is to deepen our understanding of how slight or large tweaks affect the end result and to continue evolving and improving our skills as brewers. Part 2 sees us swapping out our familiar hot side hopping regimen in favor of a singular massive dry-hop addition. The result is our largest dry-hop charge to date and it is ripe with notes of mango, papaya, melon, & tangelo. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
