Bottle at a tasting. Thin body, high carbonation. Moderate sourness, also combined with tart tannins. Softly acetic. Shitloads of cherries present, very natural feeling, all over the place. Rather subtle, but definitely present funk. Easy drinking, excellent.

375 ml bottle from Etre Gourmet, bb 12.05.2034. Loud pop on opening.
Dark ruby body, with a big, frothy, dark pink head.
Aroma with lots of sweet, juicy cherries, some wood, some earth, subtle funk.
Tastes of juicy cherries, moderate dry wood, subtle funk.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, moderate wooden, with lingering cherries, fruit skin.
Very nice, while not outstanding. Quite simple, mainly with cherries, which are very nice though, juicy and fresh. I would prefer more funk though, which is very subtle. Solid, quaffable Kriek after all.
Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Bottle: Poured a deep red color Kriek with a nice large pink foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart cherry notes with light oak and funky notes is quite pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of fresh cherry notes with plenty of tart notes, some oak and light funky barnyard notes are also perceptible. Body is above average for style with good carbonation. Refreshing with some complexity and huge cherry flavours.
