From tap. Pours clear and golden orange, no head. Aroma is zesty and dry apples. Sweet, zesty. Medium dry, slight juicy. Citric, dry and crisp apples finish.

A burgundy red cider with a thin white head, lightly bubbly. In aroma, nice tart apples mixed with cherry jam, light flower perfume, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple pulp with light cherry notes, light acidity, light tannic notes, refreshing. On tap at Molly Malloys.

Draft at Blue Dog. Bright clear pale reddish golden color. Huge aroma of fresh cherries, wow! Taste is tart cherry and apple skins. Sweet.
