Draft at the source. Beautiful clear dark amber color, cream colored head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of toasted biscuit. Taste has caramel and black pepper. Nice.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a very hazy orange-amber color with an enormous creamy orange-white head that lingered and produced great lacing. The aroma was orange and lemon with a light tangy and bitter presence. The flavor was tart and bitter with a strong element of orange and lemon and a touch of caramel. Very fruity overall. The finish was long, sweet and fruity. Moderately full and smooth body. Nicely done.
