Barrel-aged Dark Lager Blend. Blend Ratio:
57% - Double Oaked Schwarzbier (foeder-aged for 6 months and finished in bourbon barrels for 16 months)
33% - Black Lager aged in stainless steel for 3 months
10% - Double Oaked Lagerwine (foeder-aged for 5 months and finished in port barrels for 9 months)
After barrel-aging, we blended these beers into a stainless steel tank for an additional four weeks of lagering at 33°F. Through Woven Branches beautifully showcases warm American oak, chocolate covered espresso beans, lightly roasted malts and traces of whiskey.

Fascinating and unusual. Doesn’t reallt feel like a dark lager, so much barrel going on. Warming and soft with some dry roasty cacao
