Athletic Brewing Noble Pils is an elegantly stated take on the Pils, built on subtly sweet Pilsner malt and the floral, herbal character of Noble hops like Saaz and Hallertau. A medium body, measured bitterness, and crisp finish give it a flavor that’s familiar in its roots and fresh in its expression. Crafted for those who demand excellence in NA brewing, it offers refreshment and refinement that fit naturally into wherever people gather.

Can, best before 8/15/26, drunk 2/6/26, as pictured.
I thought this one was quite well-done. There's even some sweaty, funky hop with lots of mineral in the nose. The fact that you can smell a fairly nicely aromatic noble hop presence, lots of fresh herb and stuff. There is a light touch of the ever-present cardboard-like oxidation from the centrifuge, but alas, that's the way it is with any centrifuged NA.
More oxidation in the flavor, per usual from Athletic (and most NAs) but also a lemony, herbal hop presence that is significantly higher than average for most minimally-hopped NAs. Actually has somewhat of a body, too, with some biscuit and white bread-like texture and light sweetness.

Pours pale yellow into a willi. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Skunk and pine aromas. Crisp with sour skunk and cardboard upfront turning to earthy pith before the lasting cardboard finish. Old skool NA.
