Mixed culture Berliner Weisse brewed with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and raw honey from the farm apiary. Conditioned for 6 months in second use Chardonnay barrels before further conditioning on locally sourced and carbonically macerated fruit. This trio features one bottle each of blackberry, blueberry and strawberry iterations of Nebulae.

Cask at Man Full Of Trouble: pours purplish red with white pink tinted head. Aroma is blackberry, yogurt, lactic. Taste is sweetish, somewhat tart. Body is nice and creamy. Quite pleasant.
