Autumn IPA
With the changing of the leaves we present Charlie, a fall inspired IPA. Pale malts create a light base while dashes of pale chocolate and carafa special III give us a gentle toasted bread charater. Simcoe, Centennial and Citra Cryo hops provide layers of berry and orange marmalade notes.

Dark, dull gold. Medium head. Aroma is bright and expressive, basically nice centennial but also sulphury citra.

473mL can, pours a mostly clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has toasted caramel malt, bready notes, some resinous hops, and a touch of spiciness. Flavour has a fruitier and spicer edge to the hops, along with bready malt and a touch of toasted caramel. Definitely a more wintry IPA, with that maltiness and spicier hop character. Very nice.
