Our Jaguar Warrior barleywine was brewed with 6 types of Barley malt and 6 varieties of American Hops. Resulting in a good balance between malt sweetness, fruity hop bitterness and a rich alcohol warmth.
However this Eagle Warrior is completely different then the Jaguar. After aging for 2 years on Mezcall barrels, the hop bitterness is gone but the fruitiness stayed!
This beer is incredible, one of the most rare ones we ever created so far! If you taste it blind you would think you are sipping on a sherry or a malt wine. A Must try!

Aus der Flasche im 2026-02 getrunken. Dieses mahagonifarben Ale zeigt ein vordergründiges Aroma was ich nicht zuordnen kann und irgendwo nach leicht rauchig und Amburana Einfluss erinnert. Was der Mezcal sein kann. Dazu finden sich Aromen von Sauerteig, Trockenfrüchte und Amarena Kirschen. Der hohe Alkoholgehalt ist perfekt eingebunden und vollkommen (gefährlich) unauffällig.
