Trpíte-li pocitem povánoční přecpanosti, měli byste proti němu bojovat naším lednovým pivem ze série One. Křtitel je na to dostatečně prokvašený, hořký a přímočarý. To jsou zároveň atributy příznačné pro Cold IPA, přičemž do této jsme použili bohatou paletu chmelů, a sice Azaccu a Simcoe v kryogenním zpracování a k nim Cascade, Vistu a Columbus. V pivu hledejte především grapefruit a další citrusy, dotek pryskyřice i nějaké to mango či ananas. Osvěžte hrdlo i ducha a mějte se dobře.

Baptist is thoroughly fermented, boldly bitter, and refreshingly straightforward — all qualities that define a proper Cold IPA. We brewed this one with a generous hop lineup, featuring Azacca Cryo and Simcoe Cryo, supported by Cascade, Vista, and Columbus. Expect prominent notes of grapefruit and other citrus fruits, a touch of resin, and hints of mango and pineapple. Refresh your palate and your spirit — and start the year right.

Tap at Sibeeria Tap Room, Prague.Pale golden color with medium white head. Moderate hoppy aroma with dank, tropical fruits, oranges, bready malt. Taste starts hoppy quite quickly followed by citrus hoppy kick complemented with dank, tropical fruits.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Crystal cleaaaar paaaaale golden body, off-white head. Trace onion, dank, some herbal notes and weak diluted lemon in the aroma. Lean, dry bitterish taste, pellety, citric, bitter finish, vaguely socky. Just okay.
