Draft at the source. Cloudy amber color, off white edge head. Aroma of dusty and peppery caramel. Taste has caramel, vanilla, peppery dust. OK.

Growler from the brewery shared at a tasting. Hazy golden, thin creamy off-white head. Good retention. Aroma of brett, dry cider apples, phenolic spice, bready malt. The taste is bready malt, brett, herbal and spicy hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.
