Keykeg at Pigs Ear. Near clear pale gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Soft and creamy pale malts. A touch of brett. Light tart generic fruits. A light and semi dry finish. Mildly tart fruity finish. Decent.

Nose is tarte citric zest, hay bale, grass, herb.
Taste comprises tangy rhubarb, passionfruit, hedgerow, vinous, tangy fruits.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss.
