Cask at Pigs Ear. Near clear amber beer small bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Caramel malts. A little cream and milky sweetness. Ripe citrus and citrus peel. Airy semi dry finish. Dull.
