Made in collaboration with Brisbane's iconic Saccharomyces Beer Cafe to celebrate their 10th birthday. We blended four different mixed culture beers, aged in barrels and tanks for one to four years. We then added an exorbitant amount of ten different fruits to create a uniquely layered and complex fruit salad experience.

Can. Gold. A white head disappears as it pours.Funky bootpolish aroma with apricot, mandarin, nectarines, hints of berries, old lemons. The way that there's a bit of body and the sourness is restrained reminds you that they know what they're doing. Lovely fruit - apricot is most prominent - with light spice and bracken notes at the end.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy golden with no head. Aroma is complex and interesting. It’s fruity but hard to identify exactly what fruit. It vinous and a bit funky. There’s woody hints. Smooth medium body with bright fine carbonation. Like the aroma, the taste is complex and interesting. It is nicely sour, and fruity. There are woody and earthy notes. Very enjoyable.
