The idea for this beer comes from taking up the challenge of brewing uncommon beers. So we decided to brew a Hybrid beer, 50% Ale yeast and 50% Lager yeast. It was fermented at 57F. It has a slight roast, a bit malty with a very refreshing finish and a beautiful clean taste, Cheers!!!

Draft at the brewery. Chestnut amber with a ring of head that faded very fast. Nose is nutty, malt, brown sugar. Flavor amps up the brown stuff. Chewy. Some caramel and some carob now. Finishes off dry. A bit flabby. Mouthfeel is a let down. 5 5.5 6 5 5.5
