After tackling almost avery Sour beer, our Brewer decided to do one of the most obscure and complex sour beer style, a Flanders/Flemish Oud Bruin or Sour Brown. This is the type of beer that challenges the skill of the Brewer in recipe development. A beautiful brown, reddish color, accompanied by flavors of cherries,prunes,vanillin from the wood and little bit of roasted chocolate, are some of flavors that your palate will perceive.
