Partnering with a family-owned and operated beekeeping group from southern QLD, we’ve again fermented raw honey to bone dry, then back-sweetened with more honey and fresh strawberry and pomegranate. It’s a fully fermented, sparkling session mead that smacks of summer.
The soft fermented honey ester profile is beautifully balanced with bright strawberry and juicy pomegranate. Lush and vibrant, over a refreshing and balanced body, with a dry but highly drinkable finish.

375ml can from Beer Cellar, Sydney. Hazed peachy orange-red colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of strawberry, pastry, pomegranate, vanilla. Taste is sweet & tart, strawberry, honey, biscuity, pomogranate, flowery, some vanilla hints and tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, finish of honey and fruity strawberry notes. Quite drinkable.
