Rich in character, this off-dry cider is crafted from Valley grown Ribston and Cox Orange Pippins, and Northern spy apples.
A bright Reflection of Nova Scotia's Red sky appellation, with notes of crisp starfruit, baked apple and ripe pear, extending to a structured, juicy finish

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose has some toffee apple and crisp red apple skins. Flavour has light-to-medium toffee-like sweetness, crisp red apple skins, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Not much complexity here, but itβs pleasant enough. Decent.

Sweetish, taste, but with a touch of tartness in the finish. There's a juicy apple note initially but it sort of fades into a touch of butteriness.

750mL bottle. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Faint grassy apples on the nose; touch of lemon sugar. Flavour has thin apple skins, off-dry, kind of grassy. Very unconvincing apple expression. It's okay, but pretty far from good.
