Partnering with a family owned and operated Beekeeping group from southern QLD, we’ve fermented raw honey to bone dry, then back sweetened with more honey, ginger juice, fresh ginger and lime. It’s a fully fermented, sparkling session mead that drinks like ginger beer.

Fresh ginger spice on the nose, supported by citrus and a floral apple aroma. A balance of acidity, honey sweetness and ginger spice keeps the flavours integrated and the experience overall refreshing.
