Crafted from traditional British cider apples grown here in the Huon Valley.
British Blend was first released on tap at Willie Smith’s Apple Shed. The 2024 British Blend quickly became the cidermaker’s knock-off drink of choice. With that kind of appreciation, bottling it was an easy decision, and we’re proud to now share it with you. Each apple variety is fermented separately and then carefully blended to create a bold, balanced cider with just the right combination of tannin and sweetness.

750ml wired cork bottle from Willie Smiths. Opened with a pop. Orange golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, ripe stone fruit, spice, funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, juicy appley, peachy notes, fleshy fruity, with caramel, funk, wood and spicy earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Well balanced, very drinkable.
