22oz bottle pours a murky, deep amber with a ring of off white head. Nose has caramel and apple cider vinegar, cooked greens, crab apples. Flavor is hot with acid, vinegar, caramel, stale malt. Hot finish.

From a 50 cl bottle shared at the RB DC tasting Aug 1, 2015. Pours a cloudy brown with a feint tan head. Aroma of red wine. Flavors of oak and caramel with tart wine notes.

500ml bottle? Poured a hazy, cloudy brown color wirh a small white head. Gusher. Lots of gushing. Poured a light tart caramel, wine character. Light tart red wine. Funky. Might be infected, but it is a little tasty.

Bottle shared by Travlr at the C’Ville Foxy Knoxy Tasting. Slightly hazy amber, no head. Aroma of tart funk, citrus and earthy notes, tannic wine. The taste is tart and sweet cherries, tannic wine, citrus, caramel. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering bitterness.
