Clear golden coloured body with a tiny bit of a copper glow and a thinnish, two centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of grass, lemons, metal and a little funky hops. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong lemon flavours with some earth, nuts, funk, malt, metal and even more fake lemon notes. Aftertaste shows funky odd lemon flavours, deep pungent and obtuse metal and copper notes and a rather strong malt and unfortunate earthy and very bitter finish. Overall, not very exciting nor enjoyable in any sense of the word - pungent and bitter and kind of nasty. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased at Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 02-August-2015 for US$2,29 sampled at home here in Washington on 21-August-2015.

Draft at the source. The sparkling lemonade overshadows bith the flavor and the mouthfeel on this one.

Draft at Beer Run, 8/8/14. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of lemon, caramel and a mild salty note. The taste is lemon, candied lemon, caramel, mild herbal notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation a bit of booze.
