On tap at Hinesburg public house.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was basically a bronzed yellow color with a thin bar pour’s kind of head that dissipated immediately. Light carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace.
The smell had a sweet clean citrus up front. Light sweet grassy hops roll into balance nicely.
The taste was mainly the same as the smell. Big malts blend nicely leading into a dry sweet aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation hits nice and low, gets fairly smooth and creamy on the feel.
Overall, I say this was a pretty nice blonde ale that I would have again.
