Winter is here! @anchoragebrewing knit a base softer than your favorite sweater and fermented it with thiol-boosting yeast. Then they loaded it with Lorien πŸ‹, Motueka, Strata πŸƒ, and Strata Hyperboost for max fruity voltage.

Expect passionfruit πŸ₯, dank papaya, bright lemon-lime, and a touch of honeydew 🍈 on a soft, glowing finish.

Wow smells like a glass of tropical fruit juice. Huge tangerine juice vibes, too. The thiolizing yeast just pumping out the fruitiness, good god. Sparse malts behind it, showing mostly cracker, but it's low in bitterness so doesn't seem a problem.
Hugely fruity with vibrant but not overdone bitterness. Maximum fresh squeezed citrus juice with lots of tropical fruit accents like kiwi, passionfruit and papaya. Body is very light and I wouldn't hate a boost there, though as mentioned, it's not overly bitter so it doesn't need a lot of balancing malt. There's a bit of chalky, earthy dullness on the end, not quite sure what it's from. Doesn't quite carry through from start to finish, but boy did they get quite the fresh squeezed juice character up front.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy grapefruit gold with a slight transient white head. Aroma of green melon and something like garlic. Med body. Juicy in an unusual way. Definitely bitter. Flavor is earthy/green melon, dank fruit, some citrus. It's really flavorful and very very complex for me. Super delicious.
