Served in a pint glass, the appearance was a hazy golden color. A one finger white head dissipates at a nice pace with some messy lacing.
The aroma had some sweet to bitter, but not combined qualities of oranges, tangerines and a refined sweet wheat base.
The flavor yields to the sweet side but has a fruity estery quaintness rolling over some bitter citrus rind. No aftertaste but finishes semi-sweet with a touch of bitterness.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it with a moderate semi-yeasty/Belgian gripping texture on my tongue.
Overall, decent witbier, but Americanized with that \"sesionable\" refreshing to slugging back on a hot day feel to it.
