Tap at Maxs. Finesse. Great balance between the sage, hops, and kumquat. The sage sort of overpowers the other two, but overall it really works. The yeast is restrained, but still adds a floral, zesty character. Good.

A lot of hops with light bretta citrus and some hay. Light lacto. Crackery bitter finish. I like this one though I couldn?t necessarily tell the difference between it and the 19 other saisons with bretta and lacto and hops Right Proper brews. Pours hazy golden without much head or lacing. Tap at brewpub.
