Poured into a mug, the appearance was a black color with a little white foamy head that left some mild stringy lace in the wake.
The aroma had a nice blend between caramel, chocolate and coffee smells. Subtle roasted nuts far underneath.
The flavor yields to the blend of roastiness to sweetnes of the previously mentioned aromas. Sly sweet blend in the aftertaste and rolls into the finish nicely.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt decent. ABV felt correct.
Overall, pretty good English styled porter that I could have again.
