Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a semi-hazy orange to copper color with a nice looking finger’s worth of white foamy head that gently dissipated. Adequate lace.
The aroma had some pink grapefruit pulp and rind up front, slightly hitting upon a semi-sweet wheaty arrangement underneath.
The flavor pretty much copies the aroma very nicely leading into the aftertaste and rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, nice crushable pale wheat ale worthy of coming back to preferably in the Summer. Thanks JD!
