Since they did pour this into a stange, close enough, so here’s the rest.
The appearance was a light pale yellow color with a slim transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Little white cap of a foamy head glistened and fell off at a gentle pace. Not much lace.
The aroma had a soft/pillowy biscuit sweetness with some grassy to floral hops, somewhat like sweet hay.
The flavor blended the sweet to the hops subtly with a brisk clean damp biscuit-like aftertaste, fine with me, I didn’t mind this. Super light finish, somewhat floral.
The feel was between light and medium bodied with a nice sessionably smooth feel rolling over my tongue without distraction from what seemed like proper carbonation. ABV felt good and as appropriate from the brewer.
Overall, pretty good pilsener. But I think I liked Tranquil Pils a lot more. Would be a great beer preferably with food.
