Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a pale burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off immediately. Sliding lace.
The aroma had some coriander, light grassy to floral tones, some mild leather, delicate earthiness and a touch of honey.
The flavor did a decent job of blending all of it together, but seemed to leave out the leather part. I didn’t mind. Semi-dry sweet aftertaste claiming the finish in the same sort of manner.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Coriander spice is super delicate. Carbonation felt fine and so was the ABV.
Overall, decent white IPA, whatever those are supposed to be are these days. I could come back to this in warmer weather.
