The appearance was a mild murky brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that slid off at a decent pace. Slight sticky lace.
The aroma had some honey sweetness rolling over some sweet and roasty nuts. Light caramel/toffee malt base.
The flavor leaned into the sweetness of the prior mentioned aromas with just a touch of roast fairly far underneath. Semi-slick sweet aftertaste rolling into the same sort of finish.
The palate was just below medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Mild carbonation and the ABV felt good.
Overall, pretty nice brown ale with some honey added. I’d have again.
