We take real satisfaction and pride in our ability to produce beers with a lower alcohol content but still load in all of the flavours you’d expect from something a bit stronger. For this beer we started with protein rich grains to give a smooth and fluffy body, layered up with Mosaic, Loral and Nelson Sauvin in dry hop for a finish that’s sweet orange, blueberries and candyfloss grapes.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is semi sweet, creamy wheat, soft bready grains, white peach, melon balls, zippy lemon. Flavour is composed of soft fluffy wheat, creamy, orange rind, peach melba, melon balls, light spicy citrus. Palate is semi sweet, creamy, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and apricot. Flavour of pineapple and grapes. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Sweet and fruity.

Appearance is light yellow/straw, with a 2-finger thick white head. Aroma is orange, pineapple, grapefruit, hoppy tropical fruit. Taste is pineapple, grape, citrus fruit, orange peel, grapefruit, hop resin. Good stuff.

Solid flavoursome pale.

Draught keg at the Hop Rocket, Norwich. Light gold and fairly hazy with a very small layer of white head and a fair bit of lacing. Grassy aroma with berries, white grapefruit, a little bit of coconut. Sweet taste, berries and citrus in the foreground. Nice touches of bitterness in the finish, leaving a nice balance. Light body with medium to heavy tight carbonation. Impressive.

Pours murky milky pale yellow gold with a thin white cap. Lots of blueberry, candyfloss, gooseberry, a little skunky hop. Decent malt hit. Quite a light fruity finish with a decent grain hit on the finish. Solid enough but not top drawer for me
