We take real satisfaction and pride in our ability to produce beers with a lower alcohol content but still load in all of the flavours you’d expect from something a bit stronger. For this beer we started with protein rich grains to give a smooth and fluffy body, layered up with Mosaic, Loral and Nelson Sauvin in dry hop for a finish that’s sweet orange, blueberries and candyfloss grapes.

Pours murky milky pale yellow gold with a thin white cap. Lots of blueberry, candyfloss, gooseberry, a little skunky hop. Decent malt hit. Quite a light fruity finish with a decent grain hit on the finish. Solid enough but not top drawer for me
