“Anne is a farmhouse ale brewed with Elder Flowers, fresh and dried, giving a beautiful floral aroma and a subtle sweetness. Our house yeast along with open fermentation and resident ‘Free Range Tarpon Springs Brettanomyces’ add to the complexity of this ale. It is unfiltered and bottle conditioned. Brewed using 100% Belgian malt, whole cone noble hops, and open fermentation.”

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast, clove, grass. Medium body, yeast, lemon zest, grass, light bitterness, good.

Decent easy drinking saison. Light bubblegum and some hay. Hazy blonde pour with good head and lacing. Light sweet floral finish. Tap at Red Apron.

Tap @ FairBar, 6%. Hazy yellow with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, elderflower, yeast, fruit and notes of spices. FLavour is malt, elderflower, yeast, spices, medium sweet, hop, little funky, little dry, notes of sourness, little lemon, notes of brett and a little bitter.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, fruits, malt, and elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, yeast, spices, lemons, and elderflowers, leading to a dry finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Yellow pour with white head. Citric lemon zesty and floral grassy hoppy, with some nice yeast action, straw, hay, goes down nicely, decent.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy fruity. Mellow, fruity, peachy and slight slight peachy. Bitter and lingering fruity into the far finish.

Tap at Fools Gold. Golden pour white head. Nose if floral and earthy. Tastes of florals including elderflower, earthy, grassy, barnyard, some citrus notes and a sourish aftertaste. Not as good as previous SS saison just had.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and peel, herbs, spice, light funk. Tastes of citrus fruit and peel, herbs, spice, light funk. Medium body with a dry finish. Tasty saison.

Draft at Churchkey. Slightly hazy pale yellow color, massive white head. Aroma is funky, dusty, peppery. Taste is more lager like. OK.
