“Anne is a farmhouse ale brewed with Elder Flowers, fresh and dried, giving a beautiful floral aroma and a subtle sweetness. Our house yeast along with open fermentation and resident ‘Free Range Tarpon Springs Brettanomyces’ add to the complexity of this ale. It is unfiltered and bottle conditioned. Brewed using 100% Belgian malt, whole cone noble hops, and open fermentation.”

Tap at Fools Gold. Golden pour white head. Nose if floral and earthy. Tastes of florals including elderflower, earthy, grassy, barnyard, some citrus notes and a sourish aftertaste. Not as good as previous SS saison just had.
