We’ve teamed up with Carrick Winery to create a true love letter to all things Central Otago. Queenstown grown malt, Garston hops, second use organic pinot noir grapes and wild yeast cultivated from local thyme flowers. This beer was aged in oak for 13 months and then re-fermented on the grape pomace to create a unique piquette style beer with huge notes of black currant, red fruits and subtle oak. A refreshing beverage for both beer and wine lovers alike.

Clear ruby beer, finely carbonated with a pink, unibubbular rim. Rosé wine nose, with some wild herbs' streak. Musk. The same again in the mouth, very fine & delicate flavours, fruity, vinous, floral. Wild yeasts' galore, but I could not find Brettanomyces. Light body, almost undercarbonated. Excellen hybrid light.
