We have alluded to this many times, but we have finally been able to select our own Nelson hops via Freestyle Hops. As soon as they arrived, we knew we had to put them to use immediately. Therefore, we decided to brew this DDH Hazy IPA featuring all Nelson hops, in a few different formats, but predominantly our selected T90 pellets. Expect a classic Nelson banger, with pineapple, passionfruit, dank notes alongside the classic gooseberry & tropical white grape flavors, executed on a juicy Hazy IPA canvas!
