Sour Ale with Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, and Raspberry Puree
Can Release 7/25/25 - $20/4-pack
Our State Fair Lemonade is deliciously tangy, sugary, and lemony... but it isn't PINK! This version adds 80 lbs of raspberry puree for jammy notes and a beautiful rosé color! The bright-zesty lemon aroma still leads, while the berries add depth to the flavor and just a little richness to the texture.

Certainly smells like the real deal, which is nice if that's exactly what you want. I was hoping it was a bit more beery, but I can't fault them for making it come off exactly as pink lemonade. Unfortunately, it smells just a bit more sugary than I'd prefer, but it's not egregious, and there's no punchy acidity. The lemon part is lovely, too. Bright and authentic.
Sweet, rather thick of texture, though not syrupy/sugary. Fruit flavors are lovely, and there's no excessive acidity. I do like the comforting sweetness and rich, soft texture. As a more dessert-like drink, it works really well. Wish there were a bit more raspberry fruitiness and acidity, but it's also 6 months old, so I'm not holding it against them.
