Sampled at the brewery, pours a murky black with some creamy beige head. Nose has chocolate, molasses, cake icing, some bread, a little interesting tamarind. Flavor follows, sweet but not sticky, malt, some pumpernickel, molasses, lots of chocolate, some caramel. Medium bodied finish.

Draft at the source. Completely black, tan head with good retention. Aroma of sweet Hersheys. Taste is sweet, smooth dark milk chocolate. Creamy full mouthfeel. Very nice.

Nitro pour at the brewery. Pours a very creamy dark brown color with a light off-white head. Aroma was mocha, semi-sweet chocolate. Flavor was nice coffee, chocolate. Tasty.
