Our Weissbier is a German inspired wheat beer showcasing yeast forward flavours of banana with a hint of clove. Traditional of Bavarian beer gardens, we brewed one for you using all Canadian ingredients. Cheers!

This weisse poured a hazy, medium golden yellow colour with a creamy, huge white head. Nice lacing. Scents include bubblegum, cloves, creamed corn and a tiny bit of wieners. First swig was a little thin but quite a bit of flavour. Such as gum, spice, wieners, corn and bread. Finish is clove with gum malts lingering.
