A bone-dry, Belgian-style Blond Ale that's hopped & dry-hopped with Hüll Melon. Lemon candy, strawberry, honeydew & spice join floral & grassy hop-driven notes in the nose of this crushable brew.

750ml bottle from the brewery pours a hazy gold with a ring of white head. Big melon nose, honey dew, some musk mellow, some papaya too, some lemon, yeast, mild spice. Flavor has some malt notes, some candy, a little honey, a little chrysanthemum, but lots of melon, cantaloupe, honey dew, some papaya too. Crisp finish. Interesting.

Cask at the source. Poured a dark yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light bready notes, light citrus, touch of zest notes. Flavor was light tropical fruits, melon. Pretty tasty.

Cask at the source, dry-hopped with Cascade. Murky opaque yellow color, scant white edge head. Aroma of funky raw sourdough bread dough and citrus. Taste has white pepper, lemon peel, honeydew, cantaloup, very lightly bitter finish. Tasty and easy to drink.
