750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is great white chocolate raspberry sweetness plenty of sour pucker notes. Taste is more of the white chocolate big raspberry sweetness and lots of sour tart pucker notes.

Bottle at RBWG ’15 Grand Tasting @ Coppertail, thanks yet again to Adam, 21/02/15. Reddish amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is red berry tang, light cheese, funky notes, red berry skins. Taste comprises light funk, floral notes, raspberry ripple, sweet licks, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte red berry restrain. Ok sour, subtle vanilla but struggling to identify any cocoa.

[2/17/15] Draught at The Libertine Pub in Morro Bay. Nice hazy red. Nice sourish aroma of raspberries, chocolate and vanilla. Very sour flavor, pretty lactic, with raspberry, chocolate and vanilla hints, lemon and vinegar. Medium-bodied. Good but a bit too harsh.

Bottle at Coppertail Brewing during the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Murky light brown. Aromas of oak, vinegar, berries. Tastes of oak, berries, tart fruit, vinegar. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottle at RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Hazy off pink color, white head. Aroma of sour fruit, armpits. Taste is very tart fruit, heavy funk. Rough.
